Appearance: Bright, intense violet/red.
Aromas: An intense mix of wild flowers, spices and red and black fruits.
Palate: The flavours match the aromas with added hints of smoke and minerality with firm tannins and great acidity. A powerful wine with an elegant finish.
Pairings: Stews, red meat dishes especially BBQ.
Bottle Aged for a minimum of 2 years to enhance evolution and unique characters.
