5.4 All sales of alcohol are conducted under the authority of K & L Wines and Spirits UK Ltd’s alcohol premises licence. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel any order if fulfilling it would breach UK licensing laws, including attempted proxy purchases for under-18s.

8. Shipping & Delivery

8.1 Orders will be processed without undue delay and are normally dispatched within 2 working days.

8.2 Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery following dispatch, unless otherwise stated.

8.3 Split shipments may occur at our discretion. Customers will be notified where appropriate.

8.4 Alcohol can only be delivered to residential or business addresses in the UK. We do not deliver to PO Boxes, parcel lockers, or addresses outside the UK.

8.5 Risk of damage or loss passes to the customer upon delivery to a person aged 18 years or older at the delivery address.

9. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

9.1 Customers may cancel orders under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

9.2 The right to cancel begins when you place your order and ends 14 days after you receive the goods.

9.3 To cancel, please notify us by email or phone before the cancellation period expires.

9.4 Goods must be returned at your own cost, unless faulty or delivered in error, within 14 days of cancellation. Returned goods must be in their original condition.

9.5 Refunds, less any original delivery charge where permitted by law, will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods or evidence of their return.

9.6 You cannot cancel an order for:

(a) goods made to your specification or personalised;
(b) goods unsealed after delivery which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons; or
(c) goods mixed inseparably with other items after delivery.

10. Payment & Pricing

10.1 All prices displayed on this website are inclusive of VAT at the current UK rate unless otherwise stated.

10.2 Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, confirmed orders will not be affected.

10.3 Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.

10.4 Any discounts, promotional offers, discount codes, loyalty rewards, or other sales deals are offered at the discretion of the Company. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw these at any time without prior notice.

11.1 All products are subject to availability.

11.2 If a product is unavailable, we may offer a substitution of equal or greater value. Customers may accept the substitution or request a refund for the unavailable item.
