The Estate

Torreón de Paredes lies in Rengo, 114 km south of Santiago, in the heart of Chile’s renowned Cachapoal Valley. Nestled in the foothills of the Andes, the estate benefits from a unique terroir shaped by:

• mineral-rich alluvial soils

• pure mountain water from the Claro River

• significant day–night temperature variation

• low-fertility, stone-rich soils ideal for premium viticulture

About This Wine

This limited-production sweet wine is a tribute to Raquel Legrand, wife of the winery’s founder. Crafted from over-ripe Sauvignon Blanc and Gewürztraminer, it is fermented and aged slowly in French oak barrels, producing remarkable richness and finesse.

The vineyard’s alluvial soils and the dramatic temperature contrasts created by the Andes yield grapes of exceptional concentration, resulting in a wine that is aromatic, silky and beautifully balanced.
