Young, stunning fruit character with delicate and persistent tannins

The grapes for this wine are usually harvested in mid-March, at their optimum ripeness. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks. Coloured ruby red with dark violet hints, the wine has aromas of ripe black fruit, cherry and mulberry. The palate is young, fruity, smooth and medium bodied.

Tasting Note

Bright ruby red color with violet hues. On the nose it shows aromas of ripe red fruits, plums, cherries with fine notes of herbs, tobacco and sweet chocolate. In the mouth, the attack is warm with notes of red fruits and pepper. It is a medium-bodied wine, with soft tannins that provide a harmonious and pleasant finish.

Ideal to pair with white meats, carpaccio, quail, paella, pasta or cheese.
