TASTING NOTES
The wine has a vibrant light straw colour with a brilliant pale green edge that catches the light. There is a appealing mix of fresh Granny Smith apple, delicate black currant leaf and lime blossom perfume on the nose. The wine enters the palate with concentrated flavours which follow through from the nose. The finish is refreshing and crisp with a slight oyster shell salinity that makes it quite moreish.
Food pairing: This wine is best enjoyed cold on a hot summers day. Either on its own or it can be served with grilled chicken, fish, prawns or fresh oysters.

I rarely find a sauv blanc I like but I like this. Very drinkable.
Guava, lime green apple - very fresh and crisp with acidity on the palate. Nice for a summer day by the pool
Very light and translucent in the glass - a sign of what's to come. The nose opens with early season white fruit - Granny Smith apple, pear and nectarine followed by tart citrus. The palate follows with hints of guava and pineapple. Pleasant, fresh acidity. Light minerality. Worth a try
