3,9 Sparkling 4/8 Methode traditionelle sparkling from Tulbagh SA. 2y sur latte. 👁 Fine pearls, light gold 👃🏻 full wood, toast, biscuit, butter and sweet apple aromas 👅 toast citrus Granny Smith and grapefruit finish. Elegant, full and complex. Fresh vivid acids and secondary flavours dominate the palate. Pretty long finish. Really like this.
