Tasting Notes
The flagship of the Estate shows layers of flavour on the nose, like black current, ripe plums, tobacco, dark chocolate, and toasted oak. The ripe fruit and subtle use of oak follows on the palate and is framed by a firm tannin structure.
Food Pairing
Heavy meats, such as rib of beef with truffle as well as roast lamb with garlic and rosemary.

The last year has been kind to this wine. Bold with balanced tannins. Chocolate and plums coming through.
oak black fruit vanilla stood out for me. Tannins remain strong. This wine will age well I think. Interesting secondary notes of pepper cassis dark chocolate
A delicious mix of flavours. Green pepper, black cherry, french oak. Excellent balance, gentle tannins. Really nice.
Really rich and dry red blend. Leather and blackberry flavors and just the right astringence. Full bodied with a long and pleasant finish.
