 Tasting Note

Deep-red wine, with some violet and purple highlights. Very good aromatic intensity, fruit notes (plums and blueberries) and a distinctive smoky touch from the barrel. On the palate the start is sour-sweet, balanced, of medium to high intensity. It evolves slightly astringent and to an overall good fruit balance. Ideal to match traditional Argentine barbecue.

Great with a rib eye.

Plums and dark fruits. A bit of oak. Great with a rib eye.

Dark fruit

Fairly smooth with less structure than some Argy Malbecs. Dark fruit and some vanilla. Med acidity and med- tannins.

Complex

Complex aromas of berries are highlighted with delicate black pepper and toasted notes. Well-integrated tannins and a round velvety body give this award winning Argentine Malbec a long, persistent finish.

"So great to be able to receive a regular delivery of good wine rather than the usual 12 bottle case sold by most 'wine clubs' "

- Terry Wharton Hood -

Great wine at a great time, everytime
