The Goyenechea 5ta Generación Gran Reserva Malbec is a rich and complex wine. It opens with intense aromas of ripe blackberries, plums, and dark cherries, intertwined with subtle hints of violet and vanilla. On the palate, it delivers concentrated flavors of dark fruit, complemented by layers of spice, cocoa, and a touch of oak. The wine has a full-bodied structure with well-integrated tannins and a long, elegant finish.
Food Pairing:
This Gran Reserva Malbec pairs beautifully with a variety of hearty dishes. It is an excellent match for grilled steaks, lamb chops, and slow-cooked beef brisket. It also complements rich pasta dishes, such as beef ragù, and pairs well with strong cheeses like aged cheddar and blue cheese.

A purple complexion with hints of blackcurrant, vanilla and spice on the nose. This extends through to the palate with medium tannins.
Superb and great value
Not sure if Malbec improves with but shall find out. If it does this will be better in a year.
Really Good nose. Vanille all over and Good aftertaste.
