La Cotte, one of the few original mills that remain in the valley, was restored in 1989. This Chenin Blanc, with its pineapple, peach, nectarine and honeysuckle aromas underlined by citrus and tropical fruit, pays homage to this valued landmark. A wine that blossoms on the pallet with leesy intrigue and finishes with a zesty interest and grace.
