This Chardonnay portrays aromas of lemon rind, white peach and yellow apple on the nose. All these aromas follow through on the palate with gentle flavours of almond and a subdued, buttery finish. The acidity of thiswine keeps a lovelymidpalate tension and offers a luxurious, long finish.

The Op die Berg Chardonnay is exceptionally well-suited to creamy pastas and grapefruit salads. The freshness of the wine also makes it ideal for mild, aromatic curries.

Light straw colour. Strong Butterscotch on palet and nose. Lingers at the back of my mouth. Refreshing.
Lovely Creamy vanilla oak and butter. Apple pie.
