A luscious full bodied sparkling wine, with subtle tannin and an explosive mouthful of avour. A beautiful dark Garnet in colour, showing purple hues. The bouquet is one of ripe raspberry and sun drenched plum aromas with subtle sweet liquorice hints supported with light toasty oak, adding a  layer of complexity and balance. The small batches of Shiraz were fermented cool to retain fruit freshness. Not only is this a traditional Christmas wine, it is also perfect for every celebration. This delicious wine is wonderful with Brunch, also complimenting any after dinner plate of cheese, fig, fresh pear and savoury crackers. Perfect drinking now and will continue for years.
