Winemaking & Style

Made using the traditional method (bottle fermentation), this sparkling wine undergoes a secondary fermentation in bottle, followed by ageing on lees to develop complexity and fine mousse. The focus remains on freshness and clarity, with minimal intervention and no overt oak influence, allowing the Chardonnay character to shine.

Tasting Notes

Pale gold in colour with a fine, persistent mousse, this Blanc de Blancs offers aromas of green apple, lemon zest and white peach, complemented by notes of brioche, toasted almond and subtle mineral undertones. The palate is crisp and precise, showing flavours of citrus, orchard fruit and delicate pastry notes, balanced by bright acidity and elegant structure. The finish is clean, dry and refreshing, with excellent length.
