Tasting Note

Our Chapel Down spirits combine winemaking expertise with modern distillation techniques. Produced from distilled Chardonnay grape skins, this triple distilled vodka has light citrus and floral aromas leading to a smooth, creamy palate and the merest hint of aniseed on the finish.

Food Pairings
Keep it Classic with a Chapel Down Vodka Martini. Fill a shaker with ice, ad 75ml of Chapel Down Vodka and 7.5ml of Martini Dry Vermouth. Shake well! Stir into a chilled martini glass, and garnish with a chilled olive and frozen grape.
