Sublime and regal with its full-bodied finish, the Castelforte Amarone della Valpolicella Classico has been methodically crafted using a long, slow fermentation and a minimum of 18 months ageing in a large oak barrel. This dry and deep garnet wine showcases a complex bouquet of cinnamon, cherry jam and walnut and a palate of ripe black cherry fruit with notes of vanilla and coffee on the finish. Its impeccable blend goes effortlessly with rich pasta dishes and mature cheeses.
