The Winemaking

The grapes were hand-picked and selected for a fruity style of wine. After alcoholic and malolactic fermentation the young wines were selected again. The wine spent 15 months maturing in 300 litre French and American oak barrels.
Winemaker's comments
A touch of sweet tobacco with cherry, strawberry and liquorice on the palate with subtle wood aromas for a delightful and balanced finish.
