    A Red and White Rioja Pairing - both great expamle of the best rioja has to offer: Rioja Tinto (Red) 100% Tempranillo From Bodegas Carlos Serres in Haro, this wine has a ripe berry flavours and an intensity that would shame many more expensive wines. This wines should be judged on its pure, honest, fruit-driven taste which also manages to include some interesting, gamey hints with a developing length. Rioja Blanco (White) 100% Viura Produced from Viura grapes in the Rioja Alta vineyards of Bodegas Carlos Serres. Clean and bright with a lingering fruity aroma. Light, fresh and silky on the palate with a very plesant aftertaste. This is a great wine and best served chilled as an ideal match for seafood.
